Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Administrator based in Kochi. The System Administrator will manage and maintain computer systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations. The role involves overseeing network administration, implementing security measures, and collaborating with teams to optimize IT systems. While the primary location is in Kochi, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
Experience in System Administration, including managing and maintaining operating systems and servers
Skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for resolving system and network issues
Knowledge of Network Administration and related IT infrastructure
Proficiency in Information Technology practices and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
