The Team

The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to join our growing data consultancy. You will design, implement, and support infrastructure for large-scale data projects across various industries, including cloud environments, data platforms, security, and automation pipelines.

You will also help develop internal infrastructure capabilities, building PoCs and reusable assets for deployment.

The ideal candidate can work in a client-facing environment, bridging technical expertise with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and implementing IaC and SaC solutions using technologies like Terraform, ARM, Bicep
- Building secure, scalable cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Collaborating with data engineers and client teams to provision infrastructure
- Managing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Implementing cloud security, cost optimization, monitoring, and alerting
- Supporting deployment of modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Redshift)
- Designing networking, access, and compliance standards
- Documenting processes and creating reports
- Developing internal infrastructure assets for reuse

A bit about YOU!

We seek candidates with:
- 3+ years in infrastructure engineering or Dev Ops, preferably in a consultancy
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI)
- Knowledge of container tech (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of security and compliance
- Strong communication skills

Nice to have skills include familiarity with data tools (dbt, Airflow), monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana), cloud certifications, and experience with enterprise data platforms.
