What do I need?

• At least 2 years in an account management role or similar within SaaS or ERP
• Ability to forge strong customer relationships
• Experience maximising account revenue through identifying areas of growth and industry sector knowledge
• Willing to become a Subject Matter Expert on client product portfolio
• Previous experience working with Accounting software, business management solutions, logistics etc is highly desirable
