Seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter (REMOTE) with working in an IT Consulting/ Staffing domain and having an experience with leading and managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and niche technical roles.
Key
Skills & Requirements:
10+ years of technical recruitment experience with minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Technical hiring for Saudi Arabia/ Dubai region.
Experience leading a team
Well versed with Saudi Arabia Market hiring
Strong hiring experience for roles including Backend/Frontend Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Mobile Developers, Dev Ops, SRE, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Security Engineers, and Product roles.
Solid understanding of modern tech stacks such as Java, Python, Microservices, Cloud, Dev Ops, APIs, and Data.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth product environments.
Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment reporting.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local Saudi Arabia/ Dubai candidates
Ensure compliance with local hiring practices, labor regulations, and market norms
