Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our e-commerce organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, software development, and e-commerce. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed.
Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards.
Develop software using technologies such as Java script, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Mentor and coach junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud / / Heroku, Mule Soft / Apigee.
Ability to define OpenAPI specifications.
Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.
IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (desired, but not required).
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience with agile working processes.
High level of English proficiency.
Familiarity with the Dev Ops lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
