The role focuses primarily on D365 CE Project Operations, with some touchpoints into F&O.
This is a part‑time engagement (10-30 hours per week), fully remote, supporting a global customer with over 40 legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional work streams within D365 Project Operations, ensuring alignment with existing PSA/F&O processes.
Conduct functional analysis and translate requirements into clear documentation for development teams.
Produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support end‑to‑end solution design.
Work closely with stakeholders to capture remaining gaps and implement additional features.
Participate in and lead solutioning workshops; validate configuration and ensure best‑practice usage of Project Operations.
Collaborate with the Dual Write resource to ensure smooth CE-F&O integration.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities for the upcoming pilot go‑live (2 entities in April).
Assist with hypercare and planning for subsequent rollout phases.
Work effectively within a highly agile delivery environment.
Provide guidance and expertise across CE, with awareness of F&O touchpoints.
Experience & Skills Required
Strong functional experience in D365 CE Project Operations (essential).
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and handovers for development.
Proven experience drafting FDDs and supporting technical teams.
Background in agile project delivery with the ability to work iteratively.
Experience working on global or multi‑entity programmes is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CE-F&O integration concepts (Dual Write experience beneficial but not required).
Confident leading workshops, capturing requirements, and validating configuration.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a large, complex organisation.
