Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune with an option for partial work-from-home. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive technical support to users, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems. You will collaborate with internal teams, document solutions, and deliver excellent customer service by understanding and addressing user needs.

Qualifications
Knowledge of HPC Clusters, Schedulers, Linux based Solutions, Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Kubernetes is key for this role.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise to diagnose, resolve, and document complex technical issues efficiently
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address user inquiries and ensure a positive experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly
Ability to work in a hybrid setup with strong time management and organizational abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant technical field
