Key Responsibilities  Plan and coordinate marketing projects across their full lifecycle, from initial briefing through final delivery.
Develop clear timelines, workflows, and resource plans that support collaborative execution.
Act as a central point of communication between strategists, creatives, analysts, and external partners.
Track project progress, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining flexibility where thoughtful adjustments are needed.
Translate strategic direction into actionable steps, ensuring clarity for all contributors.
Identify risks or challenges early and guide solutions with measured judgment.
Support the refinement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone who combines organizational capability with a reflective, collaborative mindset:
Experience managing marketing or digital projects within an agency, consultancy, or similar environment.
Strong ability to organize complex workflows while maintaining attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and alignment.
Confidence coordinating distributed teams in a remote setting.
A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
A sense of responsibility and respect for both deadlines and people.

Preferred Experience The following would be beneficial, though not required:
Familiarity with integrated marketing initiatives or innovation-led environments.
Experience working across multiple time zones or international teams.
Comfort using project management and collaboration platforms to support remote coordination.
