Must Haves

· Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Forms (AEM Forms) – including Adaptive Forms, Backend bundles and AEM solutions.

· Adept in customer facing projects and client interactions.

· Proficiency in Core Java

· Experience with AEM Forms OSGi

· Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.

· Knowledge of form lifecycle management, data security.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), Maven and CI/CD pipelines.

· Knowledge of CDN, dispatcher and Apache load balancer.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Good to Have

· Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Forms Developer (nice to have).

· Experience with AEM Sites and Assets / AEMaacs is a plus.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Banking, finance) is advantageous.

· Good to have EDS Experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop Adaptive Forms, backend solutions and manage a team of developers who will be working on AEM Forms solution.

· Develop custom workflows, templates, and scripts to support business requirements.
• Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, third-party services).

· Implement prefill, validation, conditional logic, and data binding in adaptive forms.

· Support the team with development. (Backend tasks)

· Ensure accessibility, performance, and responsiveness of forms across devices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve AEM Forms/environment issues and bugs.

· Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation of form functionality.

· Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Screening Criteria

· 4 years plus experience

· Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Forms (AEM Forms) – including Adaptive Forms, Backend bundles and AEM solutions.

· Proficiency in Core Java,

· Experience with AEM Forms OSGi

· Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.
