Analytic Era is a US-based IT Consulting and Staffing company focused on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Migration, Cloud Modernization, and AI-driven transformation.
We are building a high-impact, niche-focused organization and are looking for a high-performance Business Development Manager who can help scale our US presence and convert us into a Prime Vendor across target accounts.
This role is not transactional sales.
This is a strategic growth role.
Primary Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client Acquisition & Prime Vendor Strategy
Identify and acquire new US-based direct clients
Position Analytic Era as a prime vendor
Build long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs, and IT Directors
Penetrate mid-to-large enterprises through consultative selling
2️⃣ Sales Funnel Ownership
Build and optimize structured sales funnels
Develop lead-generation playbooks
Track pipeline metrics (SQLs, MQLs, conversion rates, win ratios)
Use CRM effectively to manage lifecycle
3️⃣ Executive-Level Pitching
Prepare compelling outreach messaging for IT Leadership
Develop customized pitch decks and value propositions
Conduct discovery calls and solution-oriented discussions
Align client pain points with Analytic Era capabilities
4️⃣ Brand Positioning & Collateral
Develop capability statements
Create high-quality slide decks
Refine website messaging and service positioning
Ensure company positioning reflects AI & Data expertise
5️⃣ Leadership Collaboration
Work closely with Founder & Leadership on GTM strategy
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence
Help define niche positioning (AI modernization, BI transformation, etc.)
6️⃣ US IT Staffing Expertise
Strong experience in US IT Staffing (Full-time & Contract)
Experience with Direct Clients, MSPs, or VMS platforms
Deep understanding of US hiring cycle, rate negotiation, and margins
Ability to align bench consultants to upcoming demand
7️⃣ Bench Strategy & Supply Alignment
Collaborate with recruitment team
Prepare bench for targeted accounts
Align skills inventory with market demand
Forecast hiring requirements
8️⃣ Tech & AI Savvy Sales Mindset
Understand modern tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI, BI)
Use AI tools for lead generation & outreach automation
Create scalable outbound systems
Required Qualifications
6+ years experience in US IT Staffing / IT Services sales
Proven record of acquiring new US clients
Experience interacting with IT Leadership (CIO/CTO/VP level)
Strong understanding of Data, Cloud, or AI services
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Hands-on CRM & sales funnel management
Self-driven, independent, high-ownership mindset
