We are seeking a commercially driven, growth-focused Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of our online revenue performance across UK and international markets. This role is accountable for scaling ecommerce revenue and profitability, with a particular focus on conversion rate optimisation, customer retention, AOV growth, and international expansion (including the US market).
The successful candidate will combine commercial strategy, data-led decision making, and hands-on ecommerce execution to deliver significant year-on-year growth. This is a high-impact role with clear performance accountability and the opportunity to play a central part in scaling the business.

The role is a fully remote contract that will begin at 20 hours per week, with a clear expectation to scale to 40 hours per week as ecommerce revenue grows and responsibilities expand.
- Own ecommerce revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and profitability targets
- Develop and execute a structured growth roadmap to achieve 50%+ YoY growth
- Identify and prioritise high-impact growth initiatives
- Support UK and US ecommerce expansion strategy
- Lead weekly and monthly ecommerce performance reporting
- Analyse customer behaviour, cohorts, repeat purchase rate and LTV
- Build and execute a CRO testing roadmap
- Identify friction points and conversion bottlenecks
- Manage and optimise our Shopify (Plus) platform
- Oversee site structure, collections, navigation and merchandising strategy
- Ensure effective stock visibility and inventory logic across markets
- Manage third-party integrations (loyalty, reviews, returns, Tik Tok Shop, etc.)
- Improve onsite experience across mobile and desktop
- Optimise product pages, landing pages and checkout flow
- Improve AOV via bundling, upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Strengthen retention through improved post-purchase journey
- Support localisation strategy (currency, messaging, merchandising)
- Monitor and optimise UK vs US performance
- Work closely with marketing to align paid traffic performance with onsite optimisation
- Product uploads and collection management
- Homepage and merchandising updates
- Landing page population
- Pricing and promotional updates
- Basic SEO hygiene
- Managing redirects and stock visibility updates
- Proven track record of delivering 50%+ YoY ecommerce growth
- Strong ownership of core ecommerce KPIs (CR, AOV, LTV, retention)
- Experience scaling ecommerce in the UK; US market experience highly desirable
- Strong analytical capability (GA4, reporting tools, CRO tools)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Commercial mindset with P&L awareness
- Highly proactive, data-driven and results-oriented
