We’re looking for a sharp Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing marketing team and play a critical role in scaling our growth engine. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into a story. You’ll ensure our marketing programmes run smoothly, efficiently, and measurably – enabling the team to focus on driving pipeline and growth. This is a new opportunity that will strengthen 3S Money’s ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
You’ll enable the marketing team and wider business become better connected to data insights across marketing execution strategies, ensuring campaigns, existing and new channels, and budgets are optimised for measurable impact. What you’ll be doing- Own marketing operations infrastructure, ensuring lead capture, segmentation, nurturing and handover to Sales are governed by clear, scalable processes within Hub Spot.
- Drive operational discipline across the funnel, maintaining lifecycle definitions, lead scoring models and consistent revenue alignment.
- Own marketing attribution in Hub Spot, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging and reporting that connects activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide a single source of truth and enable confident budget allocation decisions.
- Support campaign tracking and performance measurement, including website tagging, automation workflows and data integrity.
- Monitor marketing spend performance, modelling ROI and supporting investment decisions across channels.
- Analyse funnel performance to identify optimisation opportunities and support structured experimentation (A/B and workflow testing) where required.
- Continuously improve systems, workflows and reporting processes to increase efficiency and enable faster, data-informed decision making.
- Proven experience in growth, performance, or marketing analytics
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hub Spot, Salesforce)
- Strong technical skills: SQL for querying large data sets; familiarity with BI tools (Power
BI, Looker, Tableau) - Experience in marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and lifecycle analytics
- Comfortable with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, incrementality testing)
- Preferably a background in Fintech or financial services, ideally with growth-stage/ scale‑up exposure
