As a Remote Entry-Level Data Analyst Specialist, you will assist in analyzing operational data, maintaining tracking systems, preparing structured reports, and ensuring datasets remain accurate and organized. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting SupportYou will support internal reporting processes by analyzing structured datasets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Reviewing and analyzing data using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Applying formulas, filters, and sorting functions to organize datasets
- Identifying trends, patterns, or performance gaps
- Assisting in the preparation of structured reports and summaries
- Updating dashboards and performance trackers
- Ensuring reports are accurate and consistently formatted
- Supporting decision-making with clear, well‑organized data outputs

- Identifying duplicate or conflicting entries
- Standardizing data formats and classifications
