Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our world‑class Growth Marketing team. The purpose of the Senior Growth Manager role is to lead the growth planning and decision making for our business lines. You will be accountable for providing strategic insights and solutions to decision‑makers based on data analysis and will work closely with General Managers, Product teams, Marketing Managers, and the Central Growth Team.
Whatyou’ll do
- Own the customer lifecycle management process – run campaigns and collaborate with product teams on features and improvements.
- Embark on exploratory data analysis projects to discover untapped growth areas and programmatically automate the growth process across Careem verticals.
- Find ideas to improve growth KPIs through continuous A/B testing.
- Work in cross‑functional teams with product, engineering, and marketing to tackle growth challenges.
- Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performance.
- Provide guidance to the organization on targets and budgets.
- Statistics – A/B testing, uplift calculation, p‑test, t‑test, and statistical significance.
- SQL – intermediate to proficient skills for data analysis.
- Tableau – dashboard design and automation preferred.
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, Optimizely.
- Experience in data science/machine learning projects (predictions, classifications).
- Python – scripting and automation (Pandas, Numpy, Requests, JSON) preferred; not a hard requirement.

- Work 4 days a week in office & 1 day from home, and remotely from any country in the world for 30 days a year with unlimited vacation days. (If you are an individual contributor, you will have 2 office days a week and 3 days to work from home.)
