Entry-Level Data Analyst Specialist

As a Remote Entry-Level Data Analyst Specialist, you will assist in analyzing operational data, maintaining tracking systems, preparing structured reports, and ensuring datasets remain accurate and organized. Your work will directly contribute to workflow optimization, performance measurement, and informed decision making.

Structured onboarding and training will be provided. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, consistency, accountability, and clear written communication.

You will support internal reporting processes by analyzing structured datasets.

• Reviewing and analyzing data using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Applying formulas, filters, and sorting functions to organize datasets
• Identifying trends, patterns, or performance gaps
• Assisting in the preparation of structured reports and summaries
• Updating dashboards and performance trackers
• Ensuring reports are accurate and consistently formatted
• Supporting decision-making with clear, well organized data outputs
