Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable Entry‑Level Data Analyst Specialist to join our growing remote operations team. This role supports data‑driven reporting, performance tracking, and operational visibility across regional teams serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their career in data analysis, reporting support, or operations analytics. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Support- Review and analyze data using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Apply formulas, filters, and sorting functions to organize datasets
- Identify trends, patterns, or performance gaps
- Assist in the preparation of structured reports and summaries
- Update dashboards and performance trackers
- Ensure reports are accurate and consistently formatted
- Support decision‑making with clear, well‑organized data outputs
- Review datasets for inconsistencies or missing information
- Identify duplicate or conflicting entries
- Standardize data formats and classifications
- Flag irregularities or anomalies for review
- Support compliance with documentation standards and SOPs
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy
- Update operational trackers for completed, pending, and in‑progress tasks
- Monitor performance metrics across teams
- Log daily updates and report changes
- Escalate recurring workflow inefficiencies
- Support process improvement initiatives with data‑backed insights
- Maintain organized folder systems and naming conventions
- Ensure version control across reporting files
- Keep datasets accessible and properly archived
- Support updates to reporting templates and documentation
- Follow written procedures precisely
- High accuracy in data handling and reporting
