** About the Role
** We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to be the technical expert for a leading access control platform in the UK. This is a varied role combining presales support, partner enablement, and technical expertise.
** The Role
** You’ll work with partners and end users to design, implement, and maintain access control solutions. One day you may design a complex access system, the next you’ll deliver training or troubleshoot technical issues. You’ll be the go-to technical resource for the UK market, collaborating with colleagues and supporting projects across multiple sites.
* Be the go-to technical expert for our access control platform in the UK
* Help design integrated access control solutions with partners
* Give product demos and run training sessions
* Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for technical issues

* What We’re Looking For:

*** 5+ years in technical sales, presales, or technical support (access control/security preferred)
* Strong knowledge of access control hardware, software, and networking
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Customer-focused and detail-oriented
* Ability to work independently and with a remote team
** Nice to Have:

* Experience with integrated security solutions
