IT Infrastructure & Security Consultant – €75k – Germany (Mostly Remote) – 6025 Company

I’m working with a growing IT consultancy that supports companies with infrastructure, cloud environments, and information security. Known for their expertise and reliability, they work closely with long-term clients across various industries.

Their team of experts are energetic, collaborative, and hands‑on, with a strong focus on practical solutions and long‑term partnerships. Because of their size, they can move quickly, avoid unnecessary bureaucracy, and give consultants exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects.

• You will assess client IT and security maturity and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and infrastructure
• You will act as an operator supporting Windows‑based environments
• You will configure and maintain servers and firewall solutions
• You will support on‑prem and cloud environments, including Microsoft platforms
• You will advise clients on information security frameworks and compliance topics
• You will support certification readiness and perform security gap analyses
• You will occasionally support on‑site infrastructure or consulting work

• You have strong German language skills (C1+)
• You have around 5+ years of experience with Windows server environments
• You have experience with on‑prem and cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365)
• You have knowledge of Exchange
• You have experience with virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V
• You have hands‑on experience with firewall technologies (ideally Forti Net and Palo Alto)
• You have experience in ISMS consulting, security frameworks, or compliance standards
• You have experience assessing security maturity or performing gap analyses

• You have experience with multiple enterprise firewall solutions
• You have knowledge of additional infrastructure or virtualization tools
• You have experience working within technology‑driven or mobility‑focused industries

• You can work in a highly flexible environment with 80–90% remote working
