Onsite:

Job Description:We’re working with a well-established Managed IT Service Provider, supporting a portfolio of professional clients across London. They’re looking to add a personable, client-facing 2nd Line Support Engineer to their team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, values face-to-face client interaction, and wants to develop within a Microsoft-centric environment supported by senior engineers from day one.

- You’ll be partnered with a senior engineer from the outset for support and progression
(2-5 years experience operating as 1st Line Support and 2nd Line Support)
- Acting as escalation point for 1st line support engineers
- Logging, triaging and resolving 1st and 2nd line support (more complex) issues
- Basic troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies
- Occasional client site visits to resolve issues in person (hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on client visits or in office and 2 days a week working from home).
- Strong experience with Microsoft O365
- Active Directory
- Windows 11
- Experience working in an MSP environment.
- Clear communication skills and good diction
- Confident, personable and professional with clients
- Comfortable attending customer sites when required
- Someone who can “hold their own” in client-facing situations
- A genuine interest in developing technical and customer-facing skills
- Exposure to Networking or Security
- Hybrid working (office / client sites approx. 3 days, home 2 days)
- Fully funded Microsoft funded certifications
- Annual leave 21 days rising to 25 days + bank holidays
