They are seeking a motivated and curious AI & Digital Champion Apprentice who is excited about innovation and enjoys problem-solving. You’ll support colleagues to adopt digital tools, identify opportunities for automation, and help embed smarter ways of working across the organisation.

As part of the role, you will complete a Level 4 AI & Digital Champion apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships, combining structured online training every 68 weeks with real workplace experience using tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate and AI-enabled technologies.

• Supporting the design, planning and delivery of business change projects
• Developing consistent systems and processes to support best practice across the business
• Ensuring that IT and broking applications/platforms remain fit for purpose
• Advocating the broking applications optimisation
• Supporting on broking system migration projects, including configuration, mapping, documents, testing and training design and delivery
• Assisting with data analysis for the business
• Assisting development and maintenance of SQL data warehouse
• Promoting and developing approaches for process and system improvements to continually enhance the colleague and client experience
• Supporting the design and delivery of training and communications on agreed projects
• Building and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers on technical development of systems and telephony infrastructure

Full training and mentoring will be provided.

You do not need to be an AI expert; we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a desire to develop.
