Due to continued growth and international expansion, they’re looking for an Associate Director to lead their Paid Media function.

THE PAID MEDIA ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ROLE:
As Paid Media Associate Director, you will act as the strategic anchor of the paid media offering, with a strong focus on Paid Social. You’ll balance high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on technical expertise to scale global performance campaigns.
You’ll lead end‑to‑end strategy, execution and optimisation across multiple platforms, driving measurable ROI and ensuring robust reporting standards. Working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you’ll shape integrated campaigns that align with wider business objectives.
You’ll also take ownership of forecasting, attribution modelling, financial accountability and client growth, contributing to new business pitches and mentoring a team of performance specialists.
PAID MEDIA ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience leading Paid Social strategy across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In and Google
- Strong background in performance optimisation, A/B testing and ROI improvement
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM and UTM tracking
- Experience with attribution modelling and privacy‑conscious measurement
- Confident in forecasting, projections and financial accountability
- Experience leading and developing performance marketing teams
- Strong client‑facing and strategic communication skills
