• Acquire potential clients and present tailored marketing tech solutions.
• Create persuasive presentations based on client requirements.
• Consult on optimal use of Hub Spot CRM and marketing hubs.

• Acquisition of potential customers up to the presentation of customized marketing technology solutions with Hub Spot
• Sales pitch preparations: create tailored, convincing slide presentations and service offers based on the requirements of prospects
• Strategic and operational consulting around Hub Spot:
  You advise our clients on the optimal use of Hub Spot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
• You help establish Hub Spot as a central application in our clients' marketing and sales landscape
• Hands‑on implementation of Hub Spot projects:
  You configure portals, automate processes (workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, etc.) and set up dashboards & reports
• You ensure the technical implementation of CRM and marketing automation concepts in close coordination with the customer

• At least 2 years of experience with Hub Spot in client projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• have at least 2 years of practical experience in customer projects with Hub Spot, preferably on the agency side, and have a good understanding of the Hub Spot modules (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) as well as their interaction
• are familiar with typical CRM and marketing processes such as lead nurturing, marketing automation, lifecycle stages, or lead scoring
• communicate confidently and empathetically, are curious, and enjoy taking responsibility
• work structured, independently, and solution-oriented – thinking both from the customer's perspective and technically pragmatically.
• bring experience in customer consulting or project management, ideally from a digital agency environment or a SaaS‑related company
• speak German as your native language and English fluently
