Here at Fashion Cloud, we transform the fashion industry and support our customers through our solid base of software products. We are looking for a Data Integrations Manager to help us grow and maintain our web platform.
What it's aboutJoin Fashion Cloud as a Data Integrations Manager and help onboard new brands and retailers by making sure integrations and data flows run smoothly. You’ll work closely with customers, Product managers, BI, and Engineering —realizing complex data integrations, solving technical puzzles, improving processes, and raising the bar on data quality.
Complex onboarding & integrations: Guide the technical onboarding of new customers by setting up ERP integrations, explaining APIs, and supporting customer data exports.
Technical troubleshooting: Investigate issues in our systems; learn to query Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, Big Query, write Type Script for configuration files, and reconfigure pipelines when needed.Data quality standards
:
Define and improve data quality standards with retail customers and Product Managers; partner with BI on reporting, and lead research projects into international data standards.Internal consulting: Become a go-to person on our data models and support feature-shaping with PMs and developers to keep data processing efficient.
Collaboration & process improvement: Improve Standard Operating Procedures and help onboard newer colleagues via workshops and guided learning.
You’re a fast learner with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset. You don’t need to be a technical expert on day one, but you’re comfortable getting into the weeds and learning quickly. With 2+ years of hands‑on experience as an individual contributor you want to take your skills to the next level.
We think you’ll be a great fit if you bring:Experience in a customer-facing role, project management, and/or data integration.
Confidence to grow into managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong communication skills — you can simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
A structured, root‑cause approach to solving data/system issues.
Fluency in English.
Positive, collaborative energy.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, BI, and Engineering and collaborate directly with brands and retailers during onboarding and integration improvements. This role is Amsterdam-based and you will collaborate with your eight colleagues in Hamburg and Amsterdam.
