Data Strategy Consultant
- Patient Real World Data & Real World Evidence

• Build and maintain a comprehensive level of understanding and expertise on healthcare data globally
• Lead the design and execution of projects addressing our client’s critical data strategy challenges relating to Real World Evidence & Real World Data
• Assist in defining capabilities, building frameworks, processes, and tools to support data strategy
• Serve as a primary Project Lead Consultant, managing multiple work streams and ensuring the fulfillment of project objectives on-time and on-budget
• Partner with the Senior Leadership team and assist in project management responsibilities such as project planning, staffing management and people growth
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and lead presentations related to project deliverables, brainstorming, and discussions
• Mentor/coach junior team members, inside and outside projects
• Help build long-term Data Strategy assets and offerings
• Contribute to developing POVs on data strategy innovations to build firm intellectual capital and thought leadership

• Advanced degree required in a Life Sciences or Statistical related discipline, with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework
• 5+ years of relevant Data Analytics & Strategy experience within the Life Sciences industry
• Specialist knowledge of healthcare data and its practical applications (e.g., patient-level EMR, claims, omics, data and experience with RWD/RWE projects or omics data)

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
