Your role

  • Empower Clients with Platform-Based Solutions :
    Use the Service Now platform to deliver cloud-native solutions that enhance customer service operations, streamline case management, and improve engagement across business functions like HR, Finance, and Commercial.
  • Design Tailored Customer Service Experiences :
    Configure and customize Service Now applications to meet unique client needs—automating workflows, integrating with external systems, and building intuitive service portals that elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Grow as a Platform Expert :
    Continuously expand your knowledge of Service Now’s Customer Service Management capabilities, develop new features, and stay ahead of emerging platform innovations—becoming a trusted advisor in enterprise service transformation.

Your skills and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a technical discipline.
  • Experience with JavaScript and CSS, with a desire to develop technical skills.
  • Understand and capable of using object-oriented programming (Java, C# etc) and understand the basics of cloud computing.
  • Service Now experience (preferable)
  • Plenty of excitement about the power of technology, and the effect it can have on business – along with the capacity to learn more about Service Now technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills – our clients need to feel confident that you understand their requirements and represent the best of Capgemini.
  • The ability to convey complex coding concepts in jargon-free language to a non-technical audience.
  • Becoming a pivotal team member producing high quality Service Now solutions.
