About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Scrum Master with strong JIRA Expertise in Banking and Finance Doamin who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

• Technical Scrum Master with Project Management Experience
• An understanding of Agile Scrum Events
• Experience of coaching and mentoring others
• Experience of delivering incremental customer value ideally within a SAFe Value Stream or ART
• Exhibit a Lean Agile Mindset
• Expert in Agile delivery with 56 years of experience
• Strong domain understanding of agile and SAFe framework
• Working experience in all phases of software development
• Strong expertise in Scrum all scrum ceremonies Agile Matrices
• Expert in Agile Planning and Estimation
• Experience working with project teams to ensure overall delivery
• Would be helpful to have experience of both front end and middleware development
• Must have strong turnaround skills backed with sound understanding of any given problem
• Strong communication and assertive skills
• Strong in stake holder management and communication
• Should be able to impart present Agile mindset and agile concepts to stockholders
