Specifically, the  AI Solutions Engineer – Generative AI  will:

AI Application Development
Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks
Develop multi-model AI solutions that combine language, vision, speech, and document intelligence models
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector search and enterprise knowledge sources
Build integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tooling frameworks

Azure AI Solution Development
Design and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI
Integrate AI services including:
Azure OpenAI
Azure AI Services
Azure Machine Learning
Azure data platforms
Support deployment and testing of AI models in cloud environments

AI Solution Delivery
Assist in delivering AI consulting engagements for enterprise customers
Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design
Support deployment and optimization of AI solutions in customer environments

AI Solution Optimization
Monitor and improve performance of AI applications
Implement  prompt optimization and evaluation techniques
Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI solutions
Responsible AI and Security
Implement  Responsible AI and security best practices
Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise governance and compliance requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience building AI or machine learning applications
Strong programming skills in  Python
Experience using  Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
Familiarity with  vector databases and RAG architecture
Basic experience with  Azure cloud services
Understanding of  prompt engineering and AI workflow design
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using  Azure AI Studio / Azure AI Foundry
Familiarity with frameworks such as:
Lang Chain
Semantic Kernel
Llama Index
Experience working with  multimodal AI models
Experience deploying applications using  Docker or cloud infrastructure
Exposure to  consulting or customer-facing technical roles

Certifications (Preferred)
Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire:
Microsoft Certified:

Microsoft Certified:
Azure AI Engineer Associate
