About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on high-impact projects, develop scalable ML solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making ote Work Opportunity  – Work from anywhere in India while collaborating with a global team.

Key Responsibilities
Understand complex business problems and design data-driven analytical solutions
Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
Perform advanced statistical analysis including predictive modelling and  time series forecasting
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to build scalable data products
Optimize models using feature selection and hyperparameter tuning
Translate analytical outcomes into clear business insights and documentation
Deliver and scale use cases such as, Demand forecasting, Media spend optimization (MMM), Spare parts planning

Required Experience
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related analytical roles
Solid understanding of  model validation, evaluation metrics, and production deployment

Experience with  Azure Machine Learning or other cloud ML platforms  is a plus
Familiarity with  software engineering best practices  (version control, unit testing, CI/CD)

Required Skills
Strong  Python (proficient as a programmer)  and  OOPS  fundamentals
Time Series  Analysis (minimum 2 end-to-end implementations)
Predictive modeling techniques:
Decision Trees
Random Forest
Linear Regression
Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
