AI Engineer, Data Analyst
Co-Creation & Discovery
- Lead workshops (problem framing, ideation, prioritisation) with clients and cross-functional teams
- Convert insights into hypotheses and testable experiment slices
- Own multi-stakeholder engagements; shape the scope and lead the execution of rapid prototypes or proofs-of-concepts.
- Translate business problems into scoped AI use cases with clear success metrics
- Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria; map MVP scope and learning plans
- Run lightweight experiments to validate assumptions early
- Assess data readiness; propose AI patterns (prompting strategies, RAG, agent orchestration)
- Shape POC high-level architecture with constraints and guardrails; define quality, cost, and risk metrics
- Collaborate with data science/engineering to design feasible solutions
- Build business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Define KPIs, track outcomes, and recommend improvements
- Identify high-risk uses; recommend policy and technical controls
- Align with Version 1 AI Tooling policy, EU AI Act trajectories, and customer rules of engagement
- Create clear artefacts (decision logs, runbooks, demo scripts) for delivery teams
- Coach associates on co-creation methods, safe AI use, and Core Values
- Contribute reusable IP and sales collateral; model excellent delivery
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, product, or technology-driven project roles
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyse complex problems and propose solutions
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts; curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools
- Experience building presentations, business cases, or strategic documents
- Confident communicator; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with workshop facilitation (or eager to develop this skill)
- Good project coordination skills; able to work across data, engineering, and business teams
- Experience creating quick proofs-of-concept or prototypes (low-code tools, Miro, Figma, Lovable, Google AI Studio, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI frameworks
- Exposure to Agile delivery and backlog management
- Industry experience in financial services, government, or regulated sectors
- Relevant certifications or active learning in AI/ML (courses, bootcamps, self-study)
