Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Specialist who actively uses AI in their day-to-day workflow to solve technical problems, research integrations, and automate operational tasks. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Client Success, and Engineering, where you will investigate integration requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and design scalable solutions for client implementations. The ideal candidate leverages AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to accelerate research, debugging, documentation, and automation.

Instead of traditional support workflows, this role focuses on building AI-assisted processes and automation frameworks that improve delivery speed and reduce manual work.

Must Have

Qualifications:

AI Fluency (4/5 minimum) — daily use of AI tools such as Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for technical research, debugging, and documentation
2+ years' experience working with integrations or APIs
1–3 years' experience in SaaS technical support or technical operations roles
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SaaS platforms
Ability to quickly learn complex software platforms and investigate technical issues
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for UI customization and web integration support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Job Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Technical Operations

• Use AI tools to accelerate research, debugging, and documentation.

• Develop AI-assisted workflows to help analyze logs, identify integration failures, and generate technical documentation.
Integration Research & Implementation

• Deep dive into APIs, SaaS platforms, and external systems to understand integration requirements.

• Design and troubleshoot integrations between different systems and platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting & Client Support

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues involving integrations, configurations, or platform behavior.

• Investigate root causes across multiple systems and provide clear technical solutions.
Automation & Workflow Development

• Build automation workflows that eliminate repetitive technical tasks.

• Examples include automated diagnostics, integration validation checks, and documentation generation.  Research & Solution Design

• Conduct technical research for new client requests or integration requirements.

• Analyze feasibility and define the scope for implementation.
Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation including integration guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and implementation workflows.
HTML/CSS Customization

• Use HTML/CSS to support UI customization for integrations and web elements, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Qualifications:

• Experience building automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools

• Experience creating AI-assisted workflows or internal automation tools

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python

• Experience with QA testing frameworks or bug tracking tools

• Familiarity with log analysis, API debugging, and system monitoring

• Experience working with product teams, customer success teams, or client implementations
