Responsibilities

3+ years of professional full stack engineering experience in production environments
You own backend APIs with Python and FastAPI — production-grade APIs, not hobby projects
You build React interfaces used by real users, not demos
You design and manage Postgre

SQL schemas that scale (query optimization, indexing, partitioning)
You implement and maintain async pipelines that handle audio, image, and video at volume
SQL fluency — you write complex queries, you spot slow ones, you fix them
Background task processing (Celery, RQ, SQS, or equivalent)
Beyond the stack: you ship. You own outcomes
You communicate clearly in an async environment without being asked

Qualifications

3+ years of professional full stack engineering experience in production environments
Python and FastAPI — production APIs, not hobby projects
React — real products used by real users, not demos
Postgre
