Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

They are a large, multi brand training group undergoing a significant transformation in how they use data, automation and technology. With multiple businesses under one group, they are building more standardised systems, strengthening their data infrastructure and moving towards more automated, insight driven decision making. The BI and data function is central to this journey and works across sales, learner performance, compliance and operational delivery.

In this Senior BI and Insight Analyst position, you will work end to end across the BI lifecycle while supporting both strategic projects and day to day reporting needs. Your work will include:

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for teams across the group
• Managing BI support tickets such as troubleshooting issues, maintaining access and refining reports
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions and present insights
• Supporting data modelling, reporting structures and the development of the data platform
• Contributing to insight across areas such as sales performance, learner outcomes and operational efficiency
• Playing a key role in shaping how data is used as the organisation moves towards a unified data platform

You will bring

• Strong commercial experience using Power BI, including report development, DAX and data modelling
• Experience working with ETL processes and data pipelines
• Experience working across the full BI lifecycle and delivering complex BI solutions
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into data solutions
• Experience in fast paced or complex environments
• Experience with the wider Microsoft Power Platform is beneficial
• Experience with Python, Fabric, Databricks or modern data platforms is a bonus
