A well-established Managed Service Provider in Basingstoke is seeking a Support Analyst to provide 1st line desktop support to around 850 users.
This role offers excellent training and progression opportunities within a dynamic SME environment, with a modern Microsoft setup. Candidates should have some commercial experience along with customer service skills. This position requires working on-site up to five days a week with some flexibility for remote work.
