• Partner with life sciences and biotech organizations to develop and execute data‑driven strategies across the product lifecycle, from R&D to commercialization
• Engage in large‑scale RWD and Evidence Generation projects leveraging data science and advanced analytics services to support better patient outcomes and accelerate drug discovery and development
• Manage project teams in the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables with focus on growth regions across the US
• Provide scientific and methodological direction for observational research, retrospective and prospective RWE generation
• Supervise execution of projects within a matrix environment, including coordinating project activities, participating in client‑facing project meetings, providing guidance and leadership when analyzing research findings, developing results presentations and recommendations, and validating Evidence deliverables
• Innovate and assist in the development of high‑quality client deliverables in a timely manner such as presentation slide decks, technical reports, briefing books, conference abstracts, and manuscripts for publication

• MBA / PhD / MD from a top university strongly preferred but not essential, with a record of strong academic performance
• Approximately 6‑8+ years of prior management consulting experience in the life‑science industry, particularly in designing and executing secondary use data studies (SUD) or observational studies
• Client management experience with VP and C‑suite executives
• Record of successful and continued business development
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
• Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to influence others
• Analytic problem‑solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Fluency in English

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client‑facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client‑facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
