RequirementsSlash is looking for a dynamic and passionate UI/UX Designer to support a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy‑to‑use digital products and to have smooth business operations & an awesome working environment.
Role and responsibilities, and how will it impact Slash?- Create functional and appealing UI/UX features that address our clients' needs.
- Use creativity and design expertise along with technical knowledge to develop great experiences.
- Work with the product owner and development team to deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products.
- Act as the voice of our clients, translating their needs into user‑friendly designs.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in at least one design software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research and translating insights into designs.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Skills in translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Experience designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components, plus creating original graphic designs.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., layout, platform specificity, page hierarchy).
- Excellent collaboration skills with product, engineering, and management teams.
- Great communication skills when interfacing with customers and team members.
- Experience creating user‑centered designs that incorporate business requirements, user feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings.
