A leading technology firm in Bromsgrove seeks an IT Support Analyst to provide essential support to employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting computer issues, setting up new systems, and ensuring effective IT service delivery across multiple sites. The role requires strong customer service skills and knowledge of both Windows and Microsoft 365. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience and more than 3 years in a service desk role.
