Technical Architect - GCP - FMCG - REMOTE

We're looking for a Technical Architect to lead the next evolution of our pricing and promotions optimization platform for a leading CPG/FMCG brand
. This is a critical role within the Product Team, responsible for owning the end‑to‑end architecture of a data‑ and AI‑driven web application used across B2B and B2C commercial teams.

You will design a scalable, enterprise‑grade architecture
, close existing product gaps, reduce technical debt, and connect product vision with robust technical execution.

• Base price simulation
• Promotion optimization (1+1, % off, multipacks, etc.)
• Promo vs. non‑promo performance analysis
• Elasticity, uplift, margin, and ROI modelling

• Own the end‑to‑end architecture (data → analytics → React web app)
• Design scalable solutions using GCP, Big Data, and modern web technologies
• Lead the platform's evolution from early‑stage to enterprise‑ready
• Define refactoring strategies and reduce technical debt
• Own release management, Git Hub branching, and engineering standards
• Implement monitoring across pipelines, models, and UI
• Work closely with Product, Data Science, and senior stakeholders

• Cloud & Dev Ops: GCP, GKE, Terraform, Git Hub, Cloud Build
• Data & Processing: GCS, Apache Spark, Postgre

• Experience as a Technical Architect / Lead / Principal Engineer
• Strong background in cloud‑native, data‑intensive platforms
• Solid understanding of React, APIs, CI/CD, and release management
• Product‑minded, pragmatic, and comfortable driving technical direction
