EDM Consultant with German; Workday Product

As an EDM Consultant, you will implement and configure the Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. You will work closely with team members, working independently and confidently to manage your own workload. You will understand customer requirements and design and deliver solutions aligned to their needs, supporting junior members of the team and sharing your knowledge.

• Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll, or any specialist capability).
• Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer‑facing consulting environment; able to understand customer needs, build relationships, and know when to escalates issues.
• Business proficiency in German and English.
• Clear and effective communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
• Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Consulting skills such as presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality or solutions to customers.
• Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Aware of confidentiality and non‑disclosure policies and ensuring security of information at all times.

• Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll or PM Certification.
