Dialler Analyst

We are looking for an A-Player to join our UK Product Advisory team servicing our UK clients. You will generate fees by optimising data usage for our UK Product Advisors. You must be passionate about data, analytical, tech savvy, and pay attention to detail.

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Three (3) years’ experience as a Dialler Manager or Analyst.
• Connex One or Connex
  
  CS experience essential
• Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
• Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line)
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own transport.
