Overview
In this hourly-paid, fully remote contractor role, you will support the development of advanced AI safety systems by reviewing AI-generated responses and/or creating safety-focused evaluation content. You will assess reasoning quality, step-by-step problem-solving, and overall response safety, providing structured, high-quality feedback to improve model accuracy, reliability, and alignment. You will annotate and evaluate content in both English and Arabic, ensuring linguistic precision and cultural nuance in safety-critical contexts.
Your evaluations will directly contribute to preventing large language models from generating unsafe, biased, or adversarial outputs, including content related to hate, violence, sexual material, self-harm, misinformation, and other sensitive domains. This role is part of a fast-growing AI data services organization that provides high-quality training data to leading AI companies and foundation model labs, helping shape the safety and reliability of next-generation AI systems.
- Annotate and evaluate content in English and Arabic, ensuring linguistic precision and cultural nuance in safety-critical contexts.
- Assess reasoning quality, step-by-step problem-solving, and overall response safety to provide structured, high-quality feedback.
- Contribute to preventing unsafe, biased, or adversarial outputs in large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate within a fast-growing AI data services organization dedicated to training data for AI companies and foundation model labs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Linguistics, Psychology, Law, Policy, Security Studies), or equivalent professional experience
- Near-native or native Arabic proficiency (reading and writing) with strong cultural and linguistic awareness
- Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing) for policy interpretation and documentation
- Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, policy enforcement, risk operations, investigations, or safety evaluation
- Proven LLM red teaming experience, including identifying vulnerabilities, probing model boundaries, and documenting adversarial behavior
- Ability to work with exposure to sensitive or disturbing content in a professional and emotionally resilient manner
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to apply safety policies consistently in ambiguous situations
- Experience working as an independent contractor with reliable output and clear documentation standards
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms
- Prior experience in AI data labeling, annotation, or evaluation is highly preferred
