Job Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize database performance for large-scale MySQL and Postgre
SQL environments. - Partner with the development team to design, implement, and maintain robust database structures.
- Develop, test, and manage data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard business-critical information.
- Monitor database environments to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with evolving business needs.
- Document database configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure operational transparency and continuity.
- Stay current with emerging SQL and database technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with MySQL and Postgre
SQL administration. - Proven track record in database optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong command of SQL for querying, scripting, and performance tuning.
- Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain complex technical information.
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Experience implementing and managing database security best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and automation tools.
- Previous collaboration with cross-functional or global teams.
