Cyber Security & Resilience (CSR)
You will be a part of an independent risk management function to protect the firm’s information technology assets, including business data, from external threats and operational risks, and to facilitate the firm’s digitalization journey in a secure manner.

What will you do as an IAM Engineer (Development Lead)?Perform proof‑of‑value/proof‑of‑concept, design, build and implement enterprise‑class IAM systems.
Identify and recommend improvement areas in existing architecture to address evolving cybersecurity threats, particularly for threats related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Align and balance business requirements with IAM and IT requirements, based on the organization’s risk appetite.
Develop integrated security operating models and documentation to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
Act as a domain expert and trusted partner in CSR; work closely with stakeholders in other groups on cybersecurity engineering related matters.
Manage IAM projects with virtual teams and ensure successful implementation to meet organizational objectives.
What makes you a successful candidate?Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Proven hands‑on experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) security solutions, with a focus on Identity Management using tools such as SailPoint, Cyber Ark, and Ping One/Ping Federate, with working knowledge of adjacent IAM domains such as Secrets Management and Certificate Management.
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for both on‑premises and cloud environments, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Proficient in current IAM standards and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, and LDAP, as well as Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) mechanisms.
Scripting and programming skills with languages like Java, Bean Shell, VBScript, Power Shell, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js, with a solid understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
Familiarity with Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops practices and CI/CD tools, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Git Hub, Jenkins, and application containerization.
Experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
Ability to produce detailed low‑level design documents and provide regular delivery updates.
Professional qualifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) and IAM‑related certifications (e.g., SailPoint, Cyber Ark) are highly desirable.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team of developers, architects, and business analysts with minimal supervision.
Experience consulting with key stakeholders and senior management on project design, development scope, and progress updates.
