Location: City of Edinburgh
Intercare Therapy, Inc. is seeking an IT Support I to provide frontline technical support in a hybrid setting. Responsibilities include Tier 1 support for devices, assisting with device setup, troubleshooting, and managing service desk operations. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a background in IT support, and a willingness to travel up to 40%. A relevant degree and CompTIA A+ certification are preferred.
