Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Go High Level  - Automation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation process for new agency clients. In this role, you will own the setup and execution of Go High Level  systems including pipelines, automations, funnels, landing pages, integrations, and CRM workflows.

You will play a critical role in helping clients launch scalable lead generation systems and automated follow-up processes that support growth and operational efficiency. This is a hands‑on builder role for someone who enjoys creating streamlined systems, solving technical challenges, and delivering polished client experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced with Go High Level , confident communicating with clients, and capable of managing multiple builds simultaneously in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and configure complete Go High Level  accounts from scratch.
  • Create pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, tags, workflows, and automations.
  • Build SMS and email nurture sequences including speed-to-lead and missed‑call text‑back automations.
  • Set up funnels, forms, calendars, integrations, and lead routing systems.
  • Build mobile‑responsive, conversion‑focused landing pages inside Go High Level .
  • Configure tracking, thank‑you pages, forms, and confirmation flows.
  • Ensure all automations, pipelines, and integrations are fully tested and functioning correctly.
  • Connect third‑party tools and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make when required.
  • Assist with Meta ad account setup, tracking systems, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API implementation.
  • QA all systems before launch to ensure clean execution and accurate lead tracking.
  • Lead kickoff and implementation calls with clients.
  • Gather project requirements, set expectations, and communicate project progress clearly.
  • Walk clients through completed builds and support them during launch.
  • Document completed systems and ensure smooth handoff processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Go High Level  including funnels, pipelines, automations, integrations, and CRM setup.
  • Experience building and managing automated workflows for lead generation and client follow‑up.
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and lead tracking systems.
  • Experience connecting third‑party platforms using Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
  • Client‑facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail with strong QA and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workstation setup.
  • Experience working with B2B digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience supporting paid advertising campaign launches.
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards and analytics tools connected to Go High Level .
  • Experience managing multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
