Become a Senior Network Analyst with a remote setup based in Edmonton, focusing on Cisco network configurations and wireless setups. Drive efficiency with your expertise in connectivity solutions.
The contract position spans 9 months and requires responsibilities such as configuring Wireless Access Points, setting up Cisco switches, and assisting with SD-WAN implementations. Experience in developing best-practices documentation is crucial, as well as providing technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Wireless Access Points and LAN controllers
• Troubleshoot and install Cisco switches and firewalls
• Support SD-WAN services setup and testing
• Provide backend configuration for Core network
• Create operational and technical documentation
Requirements:
• 5 years experience with best-practices documentation
• 3 years in customer service technical troubleshooting
• 3 years with Cisco layer 1-3 technologies
• 3 years with 802.11 wireless network implementations
• Availability for off-hours work as required
