Responsibilities
  • Own the core Hub Spot installation across all hubs, ensuring its evolution and outcomes directly support revenue generation.
  • Architect and lead the Marketing Ops function, focusing on scalable design rather than maintaining status quo.
  • Be the single point of contact and decision‑maker for marketing ops processes across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Technology, Content, and Partners.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to drive data‑driven segmentation, improve ROI, and translate tool‑level insights into business decisions.
  • Own integrations between Hub Spot and communication, billing, analytics, and reporting platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, auditable data flows.
  • Maintain Hub Spot as the single source of truth, enforcing data governance, eliminating duplication and errors, and conducting regular audits to prevent lead leakage.
  • Identify optimization opportunities, design experiments, and drive measurable improvements in pipeline velocity, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead cross‑functional programs to improve SQL volume, conversion rates, and customer retention, owning the net outcome.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and continuously optimize the full workflow estate (750+), ensuring all automations for sales, marketing, and cross‑functional teams run reliably and efficiently.
  • Act as the go‑to problem‑solver for marketing ops issues, deploying workflows, custom code, integrations, and reporting fixes quickly.
  • Stay ahead of organization‑wide initiatives, flag ops dependencies or risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across teams and time zones.
  • Run daily data integrity checks on all inbound sources to the CRM, guaranteeing 100% data accuracy and zero lead leakage.
  • Build and maintain integrations and reporting solutions using Zapier, Looker, and other tools, ensuring every team can access data in the format they need.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, surfacing insights and exceptions early, and keep stakeholders informed before issues become disruptions.
  • Manage access controls, audit logs, and system exceptions, identifying business‑critical risks before they escalate.
Who You Are
  • 7–10 years of experience with Hub Spot or a comparable enterprise‑grade CRM, including rollout of complex workflows, dependencies, and data integrations.
  • Well‑versed with workflows, integrations, and native reporting tools.
  • Strong exposure to sales processes, pipelines, post‑sales handover, and customer journey management.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Google Workspace, Twilio, Miro, and Notion.
  • Experience with voice and Whats App campaigns is an additional advantage.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Looker and Power BI.
