Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a large-scale multilingual translation and localization team, fostering team capability, performance and professional growth.
- Own end-to-end localization operations, including workload planning, task allocation, delivery governance and cross-team alignment with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Compliance.
- Establish and oversee language quality assurance (LQA) systems, standards and governance across web, app and global content platforms.
- Manage terminology, translation memory and style guide systems to ensure linguistic consistency, efficiency and brand alignment.
- Drive workflow optimization, automation and tooling improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor quality metrics, team efficiency and delivery health; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage external vendors, LSP partners and linguistic resources to ensure stable and scalable supply capacity.
- Act as the key localization leader for global multilingual content delivery and critical issue escalation.
- Proven experience leading and managing a sizable multilingual translation/localization team in a global tech or internet product environment.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end localization operations, LQA frameworks, terminology governance, translation memory and CAT/TMS tools.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain or fintech is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team mentoring skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote work environment.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese and English; outstanding cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong process thinking, data awareness and ability to build, optimize and scale systems and teams.
