About
The Role What Will You Do? 🦾As a Revenue Manager (focused on both Italian and DACH market) at Smartness, your mission is to help our clients maximize their revenue potential by leveraging our cutting‑edge SaaS RMS platform. You’ll act not only as a technical expert but as a strategic consultant, guiding hotels and hospitality businesses to adopt best practices and achieve measurable growth.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be Customer Consulting & Support:
Engage daily with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice to optimize revenue through Smartness.
Revenue Optimization:
Analyze performance data and market trends, recommending pricing and distribution strategies that maximize returns.
Platform Adoption:
Support clients by providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices, while collaborating closely, especially for the Ultra segment, with the dedicated onboarding team to ensure effective platform adoption.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify improvement areas, and propose innovative solutions to enhance revenue strategies.
What Are We Looking For? 👀We’re looking for a professional who blends technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to support our clients and drive platform success.
Language Proficiency:
German native, Italian and English professional fluency.
Communication
Skills:
Ability to clearly explain platform potential and translate complex data into actionable solutions.
Experience in Hotel Revenue Management:
Proven track record in hospitality, with deep knowledge of pricing dynamics and distribution channels.
Customer Success Orientation:
Natural ability to consult strategically and support SaaS adoption for improved financial outcomes.
Analytical
Skills:
Strong data analysis capabilities, forecasting, and definition of effective growth strategies.
Hotel Consultancy
Experience:
Background in consultancy, offering tailored insights and solutions to hospitality clients, is a plus.
Technological Proficiency:
Familiarity with RMS, PMS, Channel Managers, and CRM tools to monitor performance and manage client interactions.
