DSAT Training Solutions Architect — Remote​/Hybrid

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Training Solution Architect to lead the design and development of training solutions in the UK. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) to effectively assess and define training needs. Responsibilities include acting as the technical lead for training requests, producing scoping reports, and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

A university degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to travel when necessary.
