Service Implementation Specialist (Singapore)
Sinch is a global Communication Platform company that enables businesses to reach customers through mobile messaging, email, voice, and video.
Scope of the Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Service Implementation Specialist is part of the Global Service Implementation team, responsible for delivering and provisioning mobile messaging services for Sinch clients and partners worldwide.
The role supports implementations in various regions and works closely with Sales, Product, Support, and external telecom operators.
- Managing operator and provisioning processes for SMS and Rich Messaging services.
- Owning internal processes related to inbound numbers, sender registrations, and service configurations.
- Coordinating requirements and changes with internal stakeholders and external carriers.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of provisioned services and configurations.
- Managing a high volume of parallel tickets (typically 40–50 active topics at once).
- Proactively following up with carriers and internal stakeholders to keep deliveries on track and avoid delays.
We’re targeting a junior to mid-level profile.
- Has some prior experience in telecom, messaging, or IT services.
- Understands structured operational environments.
- Is ready to take ownership of provisioning processes with guidance.
- Is comfortable working remotely and independently after onboarding.
- Experience in telecom, messaging, or tech environment.
- Experience working with web-based systems (CRM, service desk tools such as Jira).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workflows without losing structure.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools at a user level to improve productivity and documentation.
- Knowledge of SMS, RCS, or messaging terminology.
- Understanding of wireless carrier processes.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Structured – Works according to clear processes, keeps documentation accurate, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
- Solutions-Oriented (Problem Solving) – When issues arise with operators or configurations, proactively looks for practical solutions.
- Cooperative – Works smoothly with Sales, Product, Support, and carriers, focusing on shared outcomes and clear communication.
- Result-Oriented – Takes ownership of tickets and ensures tasks are completed fully and on time.
- Analytical – Understands dependencies between systems and thinks beyond the immediate task.
You’ll join a global Service Implementation team of 11 people across Europe, Singapore, and Brazil. The team focuses on SMS implementations (majority) and Rich Messaging solutions.
It’s a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment where you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and telecom carrier partners worldwide. The team supports large-scale operations across approximately 270 carriers and manages a high volume of concurrent implementation work.
